58-year-old Homero Saenz was arrested on multiple felony charges after attempting to shoplift from a Walmart, which escalated into a violent encounter with a deputy. Providence police released new video of a “person of interest” tied to the Brown University mass shooting Monday evening as officials attempted to calm growing anxiety that the gunman is still on the loose.
