On March 8, a 16-year-old reported missing in Florida on February 16, was found in Charlotte, North Carolina. Putnam County deputies had pulled over a car for speeding, and when asked the driver, identified as 37-year-old Joshua Magraff, he told police that the passenger was his cousin.
