Charles Kupchan, Senior Fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations, weighs in on President Trump claiming progress on a Russia-Ukraine peace deal is going smoothly, and states the President is "overdoing it," and that Russia Ukraine negotiations have actually "been handled chaotically." He also talks about whether or not the US needs to be the third party in these negotiations, and shares his view on Ukrainian President Zelenskyy acknowledging Ukrainian forces would not be able to retake Crimea on its own.
