The National Weather Service issued flood watches and warnings for parts of Kansas, Iowa, Nebraska, Missouri, Illinois and Wisconsin. The alert follows a wave of at least 24 storms that pounded the Upper Midwest on Saturday, blasting Omaha, Nebraska, with 80- to 90-mph wind gusts and soaking Milwaukee with up to a foot of rain, NBC News reported.
