The Screen Actors Guild announced Nov. 14 that it has opted to make the name of its awards ceremony more “obvious” to new viewers, changing it from the SAG Awards to the Actor Awards for the 2026 show airing March 1 on Netflix. ‘Heated Rivalry’ heartthrob Connor Storrie is set to announce the nominations alongside ‘Abbott Elementary’ star Janelle James on Jan. 7. ‘Indiana Jones’ leading man Harrison Ford is set to receive the SAG-AFTRA Lifetime Achievement Award.
