A celebration of our sovereign God the Son, Jesus: Revelation 19:1-6—God is Almighty, All-Powerful or Omnipotent as the Attributes of God would say, and as Revelation describes Him 9 times (19:15; 1:8; 4:8; 11:17; 15:3; 16:7,14; 21:22).
THE THOUSAND-YEAR MEAL: Revelation 19:7—Now the church, plus the Old Testament saints, all gather for a meal that will last perhaps for the duration of the Millennium. In Revelation 19:9, they are the “called,” which points to those, as Jesus talked about in Matthew 8:11, “invited” to the Banquet, which are probably the Old Testament saints and Tribulation martyrs. Just think of what it will be like!
