Take a look at Gaza two years after Hamas’ Oct. 7 2023 attack on Israel killed more than 1,200 people, most of whom were civilians. Of the 251 Israelis that were kidnapped, most were released during ceasefires, 48 are still in captivity in Gaza and just 20 are believed to still be alive.
