All 20 Turkish soldiers on board a C-130 cargo plane were confirmed dead after the aircraft crashed in Georgia near the Azerbaijan border. The Turkish Defense Ministry said the plane lost radar contact before going down, prompting a massive search-and-rescue effort. Video shows the aircraft spiraling through the air before impact.
