Deputies in Colorado tracked a stolen vehicle using a Flock alert and tailed the suspect from a gas station parking lot. Dashcam video shows an officer deploying the Grappler device to snag the rear wheel and bring the car to a sudden stop before a pursuit could even begin. The driver refused commands, prompting a SWAT response, but eventually surrendered and was arrested on charges including motor vehicle theft and obstructing a peace officer.
