Newly released footage shows the moment massive flames erupted after a container ship collided with a US oil tanker off the coast of East Yorkshire on March 10, 2025. Humberside Police released video capturing the container ship Solong striking the anchored oil tanker Stena Immaculate, triggering a fiery explosion. Authorities say Filipino crew member Mark Angelo Pernia was killed in the crash. The ship’s 59-year-old captain, Vladimir Motin, is currently on trial for manslaughter in connection with the incident.
