Asked for his assessment of the international economic climate in the wake of Donald Trump’s trade tariffs, health minister Stephen Kinnock says: "It is very turbulent."
He repeats Labour’s view that "nobody benefits from a trade war", adding: "We live in an incredibly deeply integrated global economy with very integrated supply chains and hugely interdependent commercial relationships.
"So nobody benefits from a trade war."
