President Donald Trump revealed that he would be speaking with Russian President Vladimir Putin "very shortly." Trump made the revelation during a peace deal signing between Azerbaijan and Armenia today. He declined to offer much more detail on the matter as he didn’t want to "overshadow" the historic peace agreement.
