A group of around 100 Anti-ICE rioters surrounded border patrol agents in Chicago on Oct. 23 after a large box truck forced the federal agents off the road, according to DHS. Dramatic video from the encounter shows rioters throwing rocks and unknown liquids at the officers. Protestors were also captured vandalizing a federal vehicle and slashing its tires.
