Karina Villa, a Democrat, went live on Facebook and confronted ICE agents in a Chicago suburb, accusing them of targeting Latino families and shouting at residents to stay inside as more than a dozen were taken into custody, while the White House confirmed enforcement operations were underway in the Chicago area.
