The death toll from flash flooding in the US state of Texas has risen to more than 90 people. Four days ago, the Guadalupe River rose 8 metres in just 45 minutes, sweeping away buildings and a girl’s summer camp. And as the search goes on for those still missing, questions are being be asked about the flood warning system. Paul Hawkins has more.
