President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says Ukrainian forces are "strengthening" their positions in Russia’s Kursk region, where Kyiv has been mounting a major cross-border offensive. Ukraine says it has destroyed a bridge that formed part of a Russian military supply chain. The Kremlin says Ukraine used US-made rockets to attack the structure. Meanwhile Russian units are moving from occupied Ukraine into Kursk.
