Canadian Prime Minister Carney and Australian Prime Minister Albanese held a conference to discuss new agreements and strengthen their developing bond. During the press conference the conflict in the Middle East was discussed. Carney stated that Canada would ‘stand by its allies’ and does not rule out participation in the conflict.
