Marco Rubio’s testimony during a committee hearing on US policy towards Venezuela got off to an eventful start, when a protester stood up and heckled the Secretary of State.
"You know the drill. Off to jail!" Chairman Risch said to the heckler as he was dragged out of the hearing.
