California Gov. Gavin Newsom, in his final appearance at Davos, questioned whether “anyone is paying attention to what the hell is going on in the United States of America.” The Democratic governor said he is “living rent-free” in former President Trump’s head, calling himself one of the more “aggressive American politicians” standing up to the administration and touting his social media trolling as a political success. The remarks came a day after Newsom claimed the administration sidelined him from an event by pressuring organizers to disinvite him from a planned "fireside chat."
