New surveillance video released by the Dauphin County District Attorney’s Office, shows Cody Balmer setting Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro’s official residence on fire, causing millions of dollars in damage. Balmer was sentenced to 25 to 50 years behind bars after pleading guilty to the attack. All the occupants of the mansion were evacuated safely.
