A woman who lives across the street from ODU gunman Mohamed Bailor Jalloh was shocked when she woke up to police conducting a raid on the gunman’s home. In the video police can be heard on a loudspeaker demanding anyone inside Jalloh’s home to come out with their hands up. At the end of the video several people slowly exit the home with their hands up.
