Muni Long shades Mariah Carey in a skit to promote her new single, ‘Delulu,’ months after Mariah’s reaction to Muni’s tribute performance at the iHeartRadio Music Awards went viral. In the video, an artist who looks just like Mariah, named MC, auditions for a faux music competition show Muni is judging. MC sings ‘Delulu’ but tells Muni she should consider changing how she sings it. Muni reacts with the same line Mariah told ‘GQ’ after Muni’s tribute: ‘I just don’t like when other people sing my songs.’ But Muni insists it’s all in good fun, writing on her Instagram story, ‘Don’t be delulu. I would never disrespect Queen Mariah! Forever a Lamb.’
