First Lady Melania Trump said eight Ukrainian children were reunited with their families following months of backchannel talks she held with Russian President Putin. In a statement Friday, Melania said she began corresponding with Putin last August and that both sides “cooperated" in "good faith” to reunify children separated by the war.
