Witness video captured the tragic end for a man who fled on foot onto a highway in California, while trying to get away from an ICE raid at a Home Depot in Monrovia, California. After the agents arrived, day laborers gathered at the store reportedly warned each other “Immigration, Run!” The man who would sadly die on the highway, leapt over a wall and ran onto the 210 Freeway, where he was struck by a car. He was raced to a hospital but did not survive. After his death, anti-ICE protesters gathered outside of the Home Depot, where they chanted “ICE out of Monrovia!”
