"When it comes to our schools, I believe that every single child deserves to have an excellent public education, and we have not seen that under the stewardship of those schools with this mayoral administration, we have not seen it because we are not fully funding those schools."
Mamdani continued to rail against the lack of class-size mandate and literacy levels — but then randomly pivoted to housing and a pair of parks.
