A British man who rammed his car into crowds of Liverpool fans during the club’s Premier League victory parade has been sentenced to 21½ years in prison. Paul Doyle admitted to dozens of charges after injuring more than 130 people — including children — when he drove into packed streets in a violent outburst prosecutors said was fueled by rage.
