U.S. President Donald Trump will host President Felix Tshisekedi of the Democratic Republic of Congo and President Paul Kagame of Rwanda today in an effort to end decades of fighting between Congolese forces and Rwanda-backed M23 rebels. The ceremonial signing takes place as violence rages on this week in the Congolese town of Kamanyola. The livestream is expected to begin at 12:10 p.m. EST today.
