A Utah judge has declined Tyler Robinson’s lawyer’s motion to disqualify prosecutors in the Charlie Kirk Murder trial.
Attorneys for the 22-year-old, who is accused of shooting Kirk at an event at Utah Valley University, argued that there was a conflict of interest, after discovering that a prosecutor’s daughter had been in attendance at the rally when Kirk was shot.
Judge Tony Graf Jr. said the potential conflict was “not a significant risk," according to NBC.
