Defense attorneys for Sean Combs called it “outrageous” that federal prosecutors asked a Los Angeles Fire Department arson investigator about the destruction of fingerprints that he testified had been lifted from Kid Cudi’s front door.
Combs’ defense team then moved for a mistrial, which the judge denied. The judge then instructed the jury to disregard questions related to destroyed fingerprint cards.
