President Trump has promised to hit Iran "even harder" and he is sticking to his word, after a century-old icon of Iran’s healthcare system was said to be levelled by strikes.
He has also ruffled allies’ feathers again, as the Iran war shows no sign of de-escalation, and Iranian leaders remain defiant.
