Dramatic video posted on Facebook, shows Illinois Representative Hoan Huynh being stopped by Customs and Border Protection agents while driving in Chicago on Oct. 21. Huynh says he got word of ICE agents were in the north side of Chicago, and went to investigate. Huynh alleges, agents boxed in his car and pointed a gun at him after he started following them. A spokesperson for the Department of Homeland Security told CBS News that Huynh was stopped twice for following agents.
