A man trying to flee ICE agents crashed into three vehicles at a busy Yakima intersection before being arrested on felony hit-and-run and eluding charges, police said. Video from the scene shows the arrest unfolding as crash victims are taken away on gurneys, while the suspect’s mother and two minor children were also detained for alleged obstruction.
