A top Immigration and Customs Enforcement official said Friday, September 19 that over 400 people had been arrested since ICE started their operation in Chicago two weeks ago. The acting head of ICE enforcement, Marcos Charles, said the number of arrests were also made by other federal agencies, not just ICE.
