Video captured in Chicago, Illinois on Friday, October 10 shows ICE agents pinning a woman to the ground on a busy street, then smashing the rear of another car while taking off in their van. Later, the Department of Homeland Security said the woman was arrested because she allegedly threw objects at an unmarked Border Patrol vehicle.
