Haitian illegal immigrant Rolbert Jaochin, 40, is accused of striking a 51-year-old woman multiple times, leaving her to die in the parking lot outside a Chevron gas station in Fort Myers around 7:20 a.m. Friday, April 3, 2026 according to court records viewed by The Post.
No motive was revealed for the brutal murder, and Joachin is scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday.
He was charged with homicide (murder dangerous depraved without premeditation) and criminal mischief, damage of property over $1,000.
