The US announced an indictment on Haitian gang leader Jimmy "Barbeque" Cherizier for sanctions violations. The U.S. Department of State’s Transnational Organized Crime Rewards Program is offering a reward of up to $5 million for information leading to the arrest or conviction of Cherizier.
