A fuel tanker erupted into flames after a crash with a car on I-471 in Newport, Kentucky, on Friday, March 13, sending thick black smoke billowing into the night sky and forcing major road closures. Two children and a woman in the car were taken to hospital with minor injuries, while the tanker driver was treated at the scene.
