Texas State Rep. Nicole Collier said during a Zoom call with other prominent Democrats about redistricting that she was told to get off the phone after she was warned she was committing a felony. Collier joined the call from a bathroom in the Texas Capitol, after she said she wasn’t allowed to participate from the House floor.
