A Ferguson father, Maurice Fox, has been charged with one felony count of harassment and three misdemeanors, including assault and trespassing, after video showed him directing his 6-year-old daughter to attack another child on a school bus. Prosecutors called the footage “disturbing,” while Fox defended his actions as a desperate attempt to protect his daughter from ongoing bullying.
