Ex-scout leader jailed for 46 years over historic abuse of boys

A former scout leader who spent nearly three decades on the run has been jailed for 46 years for a series of child sex offences.

Richard Burrows, 81, abused multiple boys over 30 years before fleeing to Thailand under a stolen identity in the mid-1990s.
