Shocking video obtained by KOMO news captured the moment an elderly woman in Seattle, Washington, was randomly bashed in the head with a spiked board by a "notorious" repeat offender thug on Dec. 5.
The distressing video shows 75-year-old Jeanette Marken waiting at an intersection near the King County Courthouse in the downtown Emerald City just before noon, when 42-year-old Fale Pea allegedly crept up behind her and smashed her in the head with the makeshift weapon.
Pea ran from the scene, as bystanders snapped pictures of the assailant before running to help Marken, whose eye was gouged out from the senseless attack.
Separate police bodycam video later captured cops immediately recognizing the alleged perp as a “notorious” repeat offender when they went to nab him a block away.
