Drone footage captured over Cebu City shows flattened homes and flooded streets after Typhoon Kalmaegi, known locally as Tino, tore through the Philippines earlier this week. Officials said at least 114 people were killed and more than 120 remain missing as residents return to find their neighborhoods buried in mud and debris.
