Efforts to get aid into the region have turned into chaos and, for the third day in a row, dozens of Palestinians have reportedly been shot dead while attempting to access basic supplies.
The IDF has admitted opening fire, claiming that some "suspects" continued to "advance towards the troops in a threatening manner" after warning shots were fired.
