A special election for a vacant congressional seat in southern Arizona has become a tussle about the need for change in the Democratic party.
After Rep. Raúl Grijalva died in March, Deja Foxx, 25, is gaining ground in the special Democratic primary in Arizona’s 7th District, running on a message of generational change against Pima County Supervisor Adelita Grijalva, the late congressman’s daughter.
