Bodycam footage shows Tallahassee police handcuff and arrest 41-year-old Jermell Jones while he was dressed as the Chuck E. Cheese mascot on July 23. Officers said Jones stole and used a customer’s credit card, confronting him inside the restaurant as stunned parents and children watched. He now faces multiple fraud and theft charges.
