The Second Coming begins the flattening of the human race. Just as the soldiers could not stand when they came before the Great I AM in the Garden of Gethsemane, so the peoples of the world, hearing and seeing the Lord of All, will be flattened and then consumed by His glory.
Then, in the darkness of Hades, they will await with dread the Great White Throne judgment and their just placement into the Lake of Fire.
