Video from Old Harbour Bay, Jamaica shows a capsized boat drifting close to shore on Sunday, October 26, as Hurricane Melissa’s powerful swells lashed the coast. The Category 5 storm, with maximum sustained winds of 165 mph, threatens to bring “catastrophic and life-threatening” winds, flooding, and storm surge to Jamaica, according to the National Hurricane Center.
