Border Patrol agents and local EMS rescued a 12-year-old unaccompanied migrant girl after her 16-year-old brother, apprehended earlier in the day, alerted authorities that she was alone and in distress. The child was abandoned by a human smuggler in a remote part of eastern San Diego County.
