An NYPD officer shot and killed a boxcutter-wielding maniac in front of his parents after he charged at her early Sunday, cops said. The 29-year-old man’s parents called the cops to their apartment at 11-70 Nameoke Street in Far Rockaway, Queens at 12:25 a.m., police said Sunday morning.
