Eight children including a baby were killed in a mass shooting in Louisiana on Sunday morning when a crazed gunman opened fire at three different homes. The murdered victims ranged in age from 1 to 14, and at least some of them were “descendants” of the gunman, who was eventually killed by officers, Shreveport Police Department spokesman Christopher Bordelon said at a briefing.
